House in the Andes | Ecuador
Three levels of the residence rise through angular creases of rammed earth walls that cut the terrain, mimicking the ancestral ‘Chaquiñán’ system of trails. These expose a hollowed and flexible semi-underground space in which a central room next to the pool doubles as an elevator. Architect (and images): Odd Architects
